At Tegu Online, we want you to know exactly when and how your order will arrive—before you place it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your package leaves our facility, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons or severe weather events.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement, no handling fee, and no surcharge for residential delivery.
Carrier
We select the most reliable carrier for your destination at the time of shipment. This allows us to maintain consistent 3–5 day delivery windows across the country. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, typically within 24 hours of leaving our facility.
Order tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@teguonline.my.
Missing or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. For packages delayed in transit beyond 7 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will initiate a carrier trace.
